A Free Calendly Alternative, Already Inside Your Account

Your booking link is already here - two-way Google and Outlook sync, included free

Most agents we talk to are paying for a booking link. Some pay Calendly directly. Others pay for it inside a bundle — GoHighLevel, or one of the white-labeled versions of GoHighLevel sold to insurance agents under a different name, where the calendar is one tile among thirty you will never open.

You already have one. Every GOAT Leads user does, at no extra cost, and it does the part that actually matters: it knows when you are busy.

Where it is

Settings, then Calendars. You will find a booking URL you can name yourself, the same way you would name a Calendly link, and a publish button that makes it live.

Connect Google or Outlook, and let it read both ways

Connect a Google calendar or an Outlook calendar, and the sync runs in both directions. Appointments booked through your link land on your real calendar. Just as importantly, whatever is already on your real calendar closes those times on your booking page — the dentist, the school pickup, the appointment you took over the phone this morning.

One-way sync is the reason booking links get a bad reputation. It writes new appointments to your calendar but never reads it, so your link keeps offering hours you are not actually free, and you find out when two people expect you at 2 p.m.

There is a subtler version of the same bug, and we built specifically against it: a two-way sync has to recognize its own handwriting. When your booking link writes an appointment to your Google calendar, that appointment must not then be read back as an independent conflict. Get that wrong and every booking blocks the slot twice.

Set it up the way you actually sell

You control the appointment name, what the calendar is called, and how long a booking runs — fifteen minutes, thirty, an hour — along with the days and hours you are willing to be booked. A fifteen-minute fact-find and a full hour-long presentation are not the same appointment and should not be offered as though they were.

Publish it, then use it everywhere

Once you save the URL and hit publish, the link is yours to use anywhere: your email signature, your voicemail greeting, a text to a lead who cannot talk right now, your social profiles. It works alongside the rest of your public presence — the same place your agent website and digital business card live.

When Calendly is still the right tool

If your business runs on scheduling itself — round-robin routing across a team, paid bookings, long automated sequences of reminders across several tools, or webhooks into software we have never heard of — Calendly is a scheduling company and it is very good at being one. That is what you are paying them for, and it is a fair trade.

Ours is built for the job an insurance agent actually has: get a lead onto your calendar, in your timezone, without double-booking yourself, and without another monthly bill.

Why we keep giving things away

Every subscription between you and your next appointment is margin coming out of your business. We would rather remove the bill and have you spend the money on leads, because a booking link with nobody to call is worth nothing, and neither of us makes money when your cost of doing business climbs.

Calendars, agent websites, digital business cards, and the free tier of Conversations are all included for the same reason. If you are weighing us against a bundled platform, the side-by-side on GoHighLevel covers what each one is genuinely built for.
